OnlineBusBookings is operated by Theodore Tours & Travel Agency (TTTA). This policy explains what information we collect when you use our platform and how we protect it. Last updated July 2026.
When you book, we collect the details needed to issue your ticket and complete your trip: your name, phone number, email (if provided), the route and date you book, and payment confirmation details. For cross-border trips you may optionally provide an ID or passport number. We do not store full card numbers or mobile-money PINs — payments are handled by licensed payment providers.
We use your information to process bookings, issue e-tickets, send booking confirmations and travel reminders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and improve the service. Bus operators you book with receive the details necessary to carry you and manage boarding.
We share booking details with the bus operator you choose and with payment providers to process your payment. We do not sell your personal information. We may share information where required by law or to protect against fraud and abuse.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us through TTTA. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time; essential booking and travel notifications are part of the service.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continually to safeguard your data.
